Jury justification: “At Klostermarken, a new villa has been constructed, as in a contemporary The idiom adapts to the architectural quality of the street. The villa is built with a high level of detail and implemented solutions. The villa appears with a closed sculptural arrival facade and opens up with large glass sections and extra room height towards the garden. The villa has a fully built main grip with integrated solutions for art and function”.
